Gavin is a hospitality advisory partner specialising in mega‑projects, greenfield development, and full operational readiness for luxury resorts and mixed‑use destinations. Based in Sweden and active across EMEA and Asia‑Pacific, he brings more than three decades of international leadership experience spanning the Arabian Gulf, Asia, and Africa.

His work centres on pre‑opening strategy, asset positioning, operator alignment, F&B concepting, workforce planning, and organisational readiness for large‑scale hospitality and destination projects. Gavin’s approach blends deep operational insight with structured project governance, ensuring that owners, developers, and operators achieve clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes from concept through opening.

Since relocating his company from Dubai to Sweden’s West Coast in 2018, Gavin has expanded his advisory practice to include executive coaching, leadership development, and targeted recruitment for specialised hospitality and lifestyle roles, while continuing to support clients across the EMEA region.

Earlier in his career, Gavin held senior regional and corporate roles with IFA Hotels & Resorts, YOTEL, One‑to‑One Hotels, ACCOR, and InterContinental Hotels, leading brand standards, F&B strategy, regional operations, and large‑scale recruitment across multiple continents.
